Cancellation Policy

At Visa Interview Consultant, we ensure a smooth booking process for all clients. Please review our policy before scheduling a session. 1. Booking & Payment Sessions must be booked in advance via our website [Your Website URL] or direct contact. Full payment is required at the time of booking. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, contact us immediately. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Clients may reschedule at least 24 hours before the session at no cost. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. No-shows result in no refund or rescheduling. If we cancel a session, clients will receive a full refund or free rescheduling. 4. Late Arrivals Sessions start on time; late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be forfeited without refund. 5. Waitlist Policy If slots are full, clients may join the waitlist. Waitlisted clients are notified if a spot opens and must confirm within the given timeframe. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a session. 6. Technical Requirements for Virtual Sessions Clients must ensure a stable internet connection, microphone, and camera. If technical issues occur on our end, we will reschedule at no extra cost. Client technical issues are subject to rescheduling at our discretion. 7. Code of Conduct Clients must maintain professionalism during sessions.
